Samantha Westerwelle, E-RYT 500, YACEP, is an Ayurvedic Yoga Instructor with over 1600 hours of education that began with her first Yoga Teacher Training in India. With a focus on fresh food and appropriate exercise, Samantha recommends tailored meal plans, yoga practices, and daily cleansing routines that support wellbeing from the inside out.

SHIFT ‘shop is a new workshop series being offered at the Bow Sanctuary in Bow, WA. Led by Courtney Klop, these seasonal workshops focus on self-care from a perspective of “creating a sustainable and nurturing relationship with yourself amidst life's hustle and bustle.” (Klop) SHIFT is an acronym of five principles that come alive in each workshop.

Featured Yoga Instructor: Georgina Shaffer
Born in Mexico where she developed her love of yoga, Georgina became a trained yoga instructor in 2007. Her training has taken her to Spain, Amsterdam, Mexico and all over the US. In 2013 she expanded her training to include SUP Yoga which brought the formal launch of her business; Azul Sup & Yoga, where she continues to explore all areas of yoga and fitness.
