Self-care is often thought of as bubble baths, spa days, or at the very least setting aside specific time to celebrate ourselves. That will be part of this experience, and self-care is also about learning how to slow down in a very busy world and support + accept yourself exactly where you are at, right now.
At this half-day retreat you will get to experience a new definition of self-care through the tools of gentle yoga and meditation. Expect to walk away from this retreat feeling grounded, rejuvenated, and provided with a few ideas for cultivating a relationship with yourself in this potent community container.
