This gentle form of yoga is practiced in a chair. Some standing poses will be practiced (chairs can be used for support). We will focus on strength, flexibility, balance, and breath. All welcome – including those with mobility challenges, those recovering from surgery, pregnant moms in any stage of pregnancy, and moms in post-birth recovery!
After some gentle movement, the class will transition to practicing relaxation, breathwork, and meditation techniques. Wear comfortable clothes that allow for a range of movement and stretching. Wear layers or bring a blanket for the 2nd half of class.
