This class is designed to open the body with gentle, slow, and traditional yoga postures and movements. It’s a combination of postures coordinated with the breath, performed at a gentle pace which allows time to be present in each pose. After some gentle movement, the class will transition to a restorative practice with longer holds, deeper stretches, and relaxation techniques.
This is an all-level class and is suitable for just about anyone. Participants should wear comfortable clothes that allow for a range of movement and stretching.
Yoga mats are provided or bring your own.
